Q: Why can’t I track my parcel even though I have a tracking number?
A: No need to worry—tracking updates may take up to 5 business days to activate. For the most accurate status, we recommend checking the tracking system 7 days after receiving your tracking number.
Q: I placed an order but haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?
A: No need to worry – we guarantee your order will arrive safely. If it goes missing during delivery, we’ll organise a replacement. If you still haven’t received it and can’t reach us for assistance, you can lodge a refund request through PayPal.

Q: What should I do if there’s a quality issue with my product after purchase?
A: Not to worry – if you experience any product defects within 15 days of the date your order was delivered (as per tracking confirmation), just send through photos/video clearly showing the issue. We’ll organise a refund or replacement straight away
